I love Matt Kennon’s new EP, it is some of the strongest music I’ve heard from Matt to date. He continues to grow and push himself as an artist and it always pays off for his fans. With each new song he gains new respect, new fans and excites his established fan base.

“Raise it” is a #concertsong, a radio song. This is a song tailor made for radio play it’s an upbeat, fun, make you feel good song.

“Can’t get My Heart Around That” lyrically a suburb song! It’s the type of music we are used to hearing from Matt as far as the raw realness. The strength of the guitar throughout the song stirs emotion! I was hooked on it the first listen through. It just might be my favorite Matt song to date!

A great go back in time song is what “Real Good” seems like it’s going to be then it takes to you to the here and now. Grateful for what you have. A food for thought type song.

Matt always pays attention to the emotion – to brining you honest heart felt music. With “Real Good,” he has brought his music to a whole new level. Hearing his new music, it stirred a realm of excitement in me – it makes me want to hear more. It makes me want to see a concert. It makes me want to share it with everyone. To me that is what good music is about. I give it a “you should definitely have” rating!! ;)
